The amazing work
of grace
Amazing Grace Chapel, Hull is a parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in the United Kingdom, with its headquarters in Nigeria, and is a UK Registered Charity (No. 1119496), inaugurated on the 8th of May 2005.
The name of the parish — "Amazing Grace Chapel" — was inspired by Pastor Isaac Aleshinloye's personal life circumstances, which happened to be a function of God's amazing work of grace.
Since its first inaugural meeting until now, hundreds of people have worshipped with AGC, and many have moved on to other phases of their lives. With the majority of members being students from the University of Hull — an average of 150 on Sundays and 70 on Wednesdays — God has bestowed our church with amazing grace, and settled families across Hull continue to join us.
AGC has achieved exceptional results as a ministry, earning recognition in the community, from Hull City Council, Humberside Police and the University of Hull, and our service brought the church recognition from Her Majesty the Queen, earning us the Queen's Award.
Through God's faithfulness, He provided us our place of worship — our Rehoboth — on Beverley Road, after around seven years of renting. We moved to this property in March 2012, and we're proud to say it is our own, all to the amazing grace of God.

Vision, mission, mandate & beliefs
The foundations that shape everything we do as a church family.
Vision Statement
To train and promote youth and women development within and outside the church through spiritual discipleship, capacity-building programmes and seminars that educate and empower people to be self-reliant, useful members of society, and to release them to fulfil their destiny in God.
Mission Statement
To see young people upholding the values of purity and fidelity as a way of life; to develop confidence in the area of ministry; to build focus and a sense of purpose into our youth; and to accommodate everyone from every background into the family of God.
What is our Mandate?
- To make heaven.
- To take as many people as possible with us.
- Holiness will be our lifestyle, that we may accomplish the above.
- To plant churches within five minutes' reach in every city and town — walking distance in developing nations, driving distance in developed ones.
- To pursue these objectives until every nation is reached for Jesus Christ our Lord.
What do we believe?
We believe the entire Scripture, both Old and New Testaments, is written by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit (II Tim. 3:16–17), and that all Christian teaching and conduct is established in the Holy Bible.
We believe the Bible is the written and revealed will of God, showing man's position before God and the way to obtain salvation.
All Bible teachings are holy and unchangeable: "For the heavens and earth may pass away, but the Word of God stands forever."
